광고 동아리 후배 불멸작가 혜미네 미니 홈피 갔다가. 배경 음악으로 흘러 나오는 '그웬 스테파니(Gwen Stefani)'라는 분의 '하라주쿠 걸스(Harajuku Girls)'라는 노래를 들었다.
괜히 마음에 들어서 벌써 네번째 연속 재생으로 노래를 들으며 포스팅을 하고 있다.
노래는 영어 가사에 일본어 코러스가 들어가는데, 개인적으로는 일본어 코러스가 주는 강렬한 인상이 마음에 들었다.
갑자가 귀에 꽂히는 일본어 몇마디가 노래에 흥을 더했다고 할까?
노래는 대충 하라주쿠라는 곳에 있는 일본 여성의 패션을 찬미하는 것이다. (내용에 무게를 두고 있지는 않다. ^^)
그웨인 스테파니라는 분을 약간의 검색을 해보니, 생각보다는 나이가 있으신 분(69년생) 같은데...
나름의 음악 분위기를 갖고 아티스트 쪽으로 평가를 받고 있는 듯 하다.
댄스 음악풍의 노래. 듣고 있으면 어깨가 살짝 살짝 들썩이는 클럽에 사용함직한 노래를 좋아하는 나로서는 간만에 흥미를 끄는 노래를 알게되어 방갑다. ^^
참. 문득 생각난 것인데... 언젠가는 영어 가사의 노래를 들으면서, 그 가사가 주는 스토리를 바로 이해할 수 있으면 좋겠다는 생각을 했다. ㅠ.ㅠ
